FREE RETURNS IN THE US

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, we accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of receipt of delivery. Products must be unworn and in the original condition and packaging.

Please note that Luv.it may not accept liability for any goods returned to us outside our own return labels.

We will credit your original method of payment within 14 business days of receipt of the returned item

Please note your banking institution or Credit Card company may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once the return has been processed. Worn merchandise cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing fault.

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

If a pre-paid return label is included in your packaging: Just attach the return label to the box (with the item in it) and drop it in the mail!

If no return label is included: Open Luv.it and find your order in your "PROFILE" tab.

Tap "Request Return" to request a pre-paid return label via email, then follow the steps above. You also can request a return label by emailing hello@luv.it.

Your refund will be credited to the original payment method.
